For the Food Ministry Food Program Registration form, we collect information to manage food program registration, pickup planning, communication, and reporting. This information may include name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, household size, pickup person, and food program participation details.

If you make a donation or payment through our website or an approved third-party payment service, the payment provider may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security policies. St. James-St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church does not store full credit card or banking information on this website.

Information submitted to the church is used only by authorized church staff and approved ministry volunteers for church operations, ministry programs, communication, reporting, and donation processing.
